Guidelines for Sellers

No. 1

you agree only to offer items for 2nd-Hand sale that are in working order unless you clearly state otherwise in your advert.

No. 2

that the item(s) submitted to us for the list by you, legally belong to you.

No. 3

that if after placing adverts in the list, you receive several offers to buy your advertised item(s), you will adhere to the "first come - first served" principle - selling the item(s) to the first person that emailed you and where the price offered is acceptable to you and everything is satisfactory.

No. 4

that you provide the Manuals, Leads, Drivers, Software, Boxes, Paperwork, etc. that originally came with the item(s) to the Buyer wherever possible.

No. 5

you understand and accept that twosco provides this as a free service but accepts no liability whatsoever as to the condition or otherwise of the items on offer. The item(s) in the list are just like those you would see in a Classifieds section in a Newspaper and are "sold as seen".

No. 6

that you will notify the twosco.club as soon as possible to say that you have sold your item(s that you wish to withdraw the advert(s) so that the list can be kept as up-to-date as possible.

No. 7

you understand that if you offer any kind of warranty on your item(s), that any such warranty offered, is the sole responsibility of you the Seller and that you will make it clear to the Buyer what the warranty covers and what it does not cover.

No. 8

that you understand and accept that any Transactions/Agreements are between the Seller and the Buyer and not between the Seller and twosco, the Buyer and twosco or any other configuration.

No. 9

that you understand that any software/programmes advertised or included in the advertisement must belong to you legally and that you will provide the buyer with the legal software/programmes CD-ROM disks / floppy disks and any certificates or paperwork to support their legality.

These Guidelines are provided
for the benefit of the Seller and the Buyer.

You will have to agree with
the
Guidelines to have your advert placed and unless you notify
us ASAP to say otherwise, it will be assumed that you agree with and accept the Guidelines.
