Does
twosco sell products such as Monitors, Sound-Cards, Leads and
Floppy Disks?
twosco
as a business does not sell products, only services.
Instead... we
have arrangements with local retail stores that allow us to bring products
direct to you, collect payment from you on their behalf and pass it back to
the stores.
It is just the same as if you had gone in to their store and purchased it
yourself except
that we save you the time and trouble by collecting goods and bringing
them to you.
THE WIDEST RANGE OF GOODS FROM A FLOPPY DISK TO A COMPLETE
PC
How
does this work?
Let's say for example that you engage twosco
to fit a new Modem in to your PC
because you don't have one or that the existing one has broken down...
STEP 1
You call and arrange an appointment for us to come out with a new Modem
and fit it
STEP 2
We would collect your new Modem from a Local Retailer on your behalf
thus saving you the inconvenience of locating and collecting a new Modem
yourself
STEP 3
We would install, set-up and test your new Modem on the day of your
appointment
STEP 4
We would collect a payment for our services and a separate payment for
any goods.
We'd give you a twosco receipt for our services and a temporary receipt
for the goods, a copy of this temporary receipt is then given to the
retailer you purchased the new Modem from who will send to you a VAT
receipt in the post shortly after we have given them your payment for the new
Modem
Customer Notes:
The contact details for your supplier of any goods that you may have
purchased
will be printed on your Job Sheet / Invoice which you will be given or
sent a copy of.
RTB Warranty
As with all new goods purchased within the U.K. your warranty on any goods
is strictly
One Year RTB (Return-To-Base) Warranty unless otherwise stated.
Return-To-Base means that should your goods become faulty due to bad
manufacturing
or such like, you would have to take it to the store of purchase with your
receipt within
one year of the date of purchase so that they could either repair or
replace the faulty item.
On-site Warranty
Sometimes you can pay a premium to turn your RTB Warranty in to On-site
Warranty.
Some manufacturers of goods such as Hard Disk Drives and Monitors offer
On-site
Warranty on their goods for free after the initial first year of RTB
warranty has expired.
As an example; if in the second year of ownership your Monitor died the
manufacturer
of that monitor would come out to you and fix it at your premises or
replace it for you.
